About the SEAP:  The Security and Emergency Assistance Program is a community initiative, providing information on home and personal safety and emergency preparedness.  SEAP was created to instill a sense of safety and develop a community response to a natural disaster or emergency situations.  SEAP is a subcommittee of the Community Lands Committee.
